That 70s style

Well, I’m fairly convinced that boho is my fave style right now! I am absolutely obsessed with kimonos, distressed denim (cropped flare styles are so fun), wedge sandals, jumpsuits and lots of layered baubles! So if any of this also interests you, then read on for some really cute and of course affordable outfit options!

First, let’s chat jumpsuits. I am going to show you two great options, none of which are over $20 ?? First up is this gorgeous off the shoulder palm and peacock print one! This boho chic jumpsuit actually has front slits on the legs too, it flows effortlessly when you walk and fits true to size. I am wearing the size Large for reference. I added my clear block heels to finish the look and wore some fun pom earrings like these and these that are also so darn cute and affordable! A similar look a like Gucci belt can be found here (under $20).

Next jumpsuit is this 3/4 sleeve option that also has wide flare legs that looks so cute on and again flows so perfectly when you walk (here’s another $20 option too)! This one has a pretty deep v-neck so I paired a lacy bralette in a lovely pink and completed the look with my rope flats you can shop here. The flats come in many colors too, such a versatile shoe option for spring & summer outfits.

Now let’s chat about the cropped flare denim! I have found a new pair I’m pretty impressed with. These sit high on my waist and are made of a nice thick denim which for the price of under $35, they seem like they would be so much more! I love the two tone color at the bottom and they also have a raw hem as well! The flare isn’t too overwhelming either so it really does flatter most body types! The reviews say to size up one size as they do run a tad small and really don’t have a lot of stretch. I am wearing the jeans with a swimsuit as a bodysuit (shop my fave bodysuit here and here if you’re not into wearing a swimsuit) and topped the look off with my kimono from Poppies Boutique (only $24 ladies and if you use my code REPNICOLE10 you get an extra discount too)!!! Notice I’m wearing those translucent block heels again, they are so freakin great!!

I also want to chat real quick about two other pieces I love wearing! One is a LONGER length denim jacket like this one or this one (a great investment since you’ll have it forever) and the second item is a pair of white jeans. The denim jacket is basically a wardrobe necessity. The longer length is fun and stylish and looks so cute paired over jumpsuits and dresses! The second is a good pair of white jeans! I have this cropped pair (same as my ones above but in white) and also this pair here are a “stay white” pair. Both pair fit great and hide my imperfections (hello damn cellulite). I paired the white denim with a great bodysuit and a kimono and it’s just that easy!

Boho styling is so fun to me! I wish my mom would have saved all of her bell bottoms and flowy tops for me!!! Anyway, I hope you find inspiration in this post. Follow me on the app HERE to see all of my looks before I even publish to Instagram!!! Have a great week, ✌? out!

  2. Boho style totally suits you, you are a pro with styling it! I’ve always loved the 70’s style. I even wore a few pieces that my mom saved years ago and it was fun to wear!
