A Pop of Color with Drift Clothing Boutique

If you folks have been following me for any length of time you know that I love adding a pop of color to my outfits and of course I adore pieces that have unique details too.

I came across Drift Clothing Boutique one day while I was strolling on Instagram and fell in love with this beautiful mustard colored lightweight tie detail sweater. And then POW I looked at the back of the top and fell even more in love! I mean look at those tie details! I can’t get enough!! When this top came in the mail my mind immediately went to “oh hey I bet I can wear this backwards too” ?? so of course that’s just what I did!

I grabbed my instahubby and had him shoot these pics the next day (of course it was snowing too) Lol!! Anyway, back to the top. It’s a looser fitting top with long sleeves that came rolled up (but not sewn that way). I’m wearing a size Large for reference and it’s fits loose on me, but in a good way that allows me to wear it off the shoulder too!

I love that the lightweight sweater can be worn for spring as well! This mustard color is my absolute fave and is great for the warmer months. When I wore it backwards, I wore a lace cami underneath and my high waist embellished denim. (Still avail- and I’m so obsessed with these jeans btw)! I then added black patent booties (similar here and here).

Next, I found this super cute open knit tunic at Drift Boutique you can see below. It’s this great crochet-type long faux lace up tunic top. I layered a denim jacket over it for winter, but this can easily transition to spring and even summer (think bathing suit cover up)! I love the loose fit of this (I’m wearing a m/l for reference). I have worn it with leggings too and just adore how fun the style is! You can shop my high waist denim in the pics below here. Shop a similar studded denim jacket here, and my blue patent boots too.

Thanks for reading!

P.S. Boutique items sell quick, so act fast if you plan on shopping here two tops!

xoxo

  1. Pops of colour always make me happy and I hate seeing winter outfits in dark monotones because it’s just so boring and not fun!! Love how amazing the yellow looks on you honey xx
